Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

Pixie is a private, personal-use AI assistant operated by its owner through the BorgWorX PXE platform. This policy describes how Pixie handles Google user data when the owner connects a Google account.

Google data Pixie may access

Depending on the permissions granted through Google OAuth, Pixie may access:

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to perform owner-requested assistant functions, such as finding or summarizing email, reading or managing calendar events, resolving contact information, and reading or managing authorized Drive files.

When the owner asks an AI assistant to interpret or act on Google data, relevant data may be processed by the configured AI service provider as necessary to fulfill that specific request.

Storage and security

PXE stores OAuth credentials on owner-controlled systems. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Application state and continuity data are maintained on systems controlled by the owner.

Sharing and sale

Pixie does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. Data is disclosed only as necessary to provide user-requested functionality, operate configured service providers, comply with law, or protect the security of the system.

Retention and deletion

Google data is retrieved and retained only as needed for the owner's requested workflows and system continuity. The owner can revoke Pixie's Google access at any time through Google Account permissions and can remove locally retained application data from the owner-controlled systems.

Google API Services

Pixie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
